A-Soft technical support and consulting inquires that are submitted using our "On-Line Service Ticket" ensures that you will get the quickest response and that your technology challenges are resolved as efficiently as possible.

This on-line system uses a database driven, threaded, interactive, web-based messaging system to track the details and create a "running tally" of all correspondence between A-Soft and it's clients. An e-mail notification system is used to alert each party when new information is available.

Priority Technical Consulting (PTC) is our remote technical support program. Utilizing proven remote-control technologies, we can diagnose and resolve many technical issues quicker and more efficiently than scheduling an on-site visit. With either pre-purchase program, your company has access to our VIP on-line service tracking extranet. This state of the art system gives your organization centralized management for all service issues that are submitted using the A-Soft On-Line Service Ticket.

  Forms and Documents

By filling out the Computer User Profile Form thoroughly, we will be able to better serve you. This will help reduce the amount of time required for on-site installation/consulting/training.

To ensure that all in-house work is done efficiently, please print out the In-House Service Order. Fill in the necessary information and bring this form in along with your computer(s). Also, you may fax it back to us at 843-651-9956.

If due to lack of computer resources you are unable to complete the "On-Line Service Ticket", we will also respond to a faxed version.
